All computers produce heat roughly equal to their power draw, this also holds true for data centers, where a significant fraction of total power consumption goes to cooling. By using liquid cooling to transport the heat away from the data centers and get rid of the excess heat by heating residential and metro areas in winter you can reduce waste by a significant amount, as well as increasing density in the data center.
